What is Omakase?

Omakase (お任せ) means “I leave it up to you” — a traditional Japanese dining style where the chef selects and prepares a surprise tasting menu based on the season’s finest ingredients.

At SHIN, our omakase experience is not just a meal, but a journey. Each course is presented with care, reflecting both the natural beauty of Japanese cuisine and the chef’s creativity.
